By booking an appointment with Sarge's Barbershop, clients agree to adhere to the following cancellation policy. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 2 hours before the start time. Failure to provide timely notification of cancellation or rescheduling will result in a no-show. A second no-show will incur a charge of 50% of the original service scheduled, payable at the next appointment. This policy is in place due to the appointment-only nature of the business.
