OUR BOOKING POLICY Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by SarVic Stitches. We require a 25% deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment, and if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking and, if you proceed with services, the deposit will be applied toward your total payment. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy. Deposits are not refundable if appointment is cancelled without rescheduling. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment, and clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Personal and booking information is collected solely to provide the service and is not shared with third parties except as required to process payments or by law. Looking forward to seeing you. How long your fabric has been with us DOES NOT COUNT towards your collection date. Please be AWARE‼️ *** HENCEFORTH, we’ll be charging between $20-$100 NON REFUNDABLE amount for consultation and style ideas. This will automatically count towards the total payment if we agree to work together. ✅ **Fabric(s) dropped /deposit made less than 3 weeks of collection date will be considered an EXPRESS JOB. It will attract $50-$100 surcharge . ⚠️ *Outfit Fitting/Collection date is set to at least 3 weeks, after the initial deposit is being made. And a fitting section will usually be scheduled before the final day of outfit collection.
