Our goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner. In order to do so, we have implemented an appointment/cancelation policy. Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancelation will give another person the opportunity to access to timely care. This policy allows us to better utilize available appointments for our clients. Time had specifically been reserved for your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must reach out at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. However, we understand things happen that are out of our control, so please do your best to communicate with us if something comes up at the last minute, and we will work with you. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment it is considered a no-show. It will be an automatic cancellation and you will have to pay a 50% fee before you can rebook. We are happy to discuss any questions regarding this cancelation policy. *Important: Vaniilla Essentail oil is the main scent used.
