By booking an appointment, clients agree to these terms. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments without penalty up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours in advance will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost, 48 hours will be 100% All services are provided as described, and while every effort is made to ensure satisfaction, results may vary based on individual factors. Clients are responsible for disclosing any allergies, skin conditions, or medical concerns prior to services. Payments are due at the time of service, and all sales are final. Samantha Kelly reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. These terms are subject to change, and clients will be notified of any modifications. I’d previously had my brows microbladed elsewhere but wasn’t completely happy with the results. I decided to try something different this time. I’d been following Sam since she did my wedding makeup, so when she introduced her new ‘hyperrealism brows’ service, I was really interested. Sam took the time to explain the process and how it differs, which made me feel really confident booking in. I’ve known Sam for years and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my brows and lashes. She always does an amazing job and I’m constantly getting compliments after my appointments. Sam is so lovely and friendly, she makes you feel instantly welcome and comfortable from the moment you walk in. Went to Sam for a brow wax and tint,,she is a very friendly, welcoming, lady who puts you at ease straight away..she is professional and and knowledgeable about all the services she offers...highly recommend
