The exception is all haircuts which adequate time is already pre calculated in the service options.
Policy and Terms
We do not take card payments on day of service. CASH, CHECK, ZELLE OR APPLE CASH ONLY on day of service. Please make ALL changes (including change of services reserved or change of inspiration photos) and cancellations prior to 48 hours for the grace period. Cancellations with less than a 48 window will have a 50% charge for all services reserved. If you were required to place a deposit and cancel within the grace period you will receive a refund minus service fees. Late arrivals under 15 minutes may forgo blowout and after 15 minutes a partial appointment with all services reserved due. Thank you for understanding. *Extensions and Color Corrections: Half day/full day color corrections and extensions require a 50% deposit and extension deposits are not refundable as the hair is not returnable to manufacturers. If for any reason you need to reschedule these two services it must be done 5 days in advance due to the nature of time booked out. -Price increase per menu item in effect every even number year.
