By booking with Salon Mane , you agree to these Policies & Terms. Punctuality Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointments. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling, depending on availability. Children in the Salon For health and safety reasons, children are not permitted in the salon unless they are booked in for a service. We kindly ask that you make alternative childcare arrangements during your appointment. Booking Fees All services require a non-refundable booking fee at the time of scheduling. This fee secures your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your service. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients. No-Shows & Late Cancellations Failure to attend your appointment without notice, or cancellations made within less than 72 hours, will result in being charged the full cost of the scheduled service.
