Policy and Terms
Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking. We require a deposit of $100 at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy. Deposits are refundable provided cancellation is made within the permitted cancellation window. We allow a 15 minute grace period; however, arrivals exceeding 30 minutes late may result in automatic cancellation of the appointment, and missed appointments without prior notice (no call/no show) will be canceled and the deposit forfeited. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Applicable platform fees may apply. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment, and clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business.
