Appointments Policy Attention!!! PLEASE Read carefully This appointment system has rules that we would appreciate if you read and follow Announcement for Bookings for each month is posted on our social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram). Please don’t attempt to book before these announcements. Rules: 1. You are only allowed to book 1 spot (no double booking of the other person has access to book. Appointments for other clients are open for all to book. Tell your friends how to book. You are not allowed to book for them if you have booked a spot already(if you do however, because the person has no access, you are responsible for them showing up or not showing up and the consequences if they do not adhere) 2. Look at the time of the appointment carefully (we will give feedback if a date isn’t available for a particular time frame) you are responsible to remember your date and time (if you miss it, your deposit (in cases of deposits) will compensate the establishment for the inconvenience in cases of deposit system. Otherwise, you will be required to pay a no show fee and deposit before you are able to get a new appointment) 3. Call 7457863 on the appointment day 30 mins before coming to your appointment to inform us that you are coming (not accepting text, messenger messages or WhatsApp call) 4. Don’t miss appointments (don’t book and forget your time) also (don’t book and cancel) if you have to cancel, it must be a week advance(anything cancelled within that time, your deposit will go toward the inconvenience to the establishment and costs suffered -refer to #2 about deposits).We sometimes have a deposit system. We currently have a late fee and cancellation fee to hinder these issues from happening so please keep it smooth. Cancel by calling us to say- “I am cancelling my appointment” at 7457863.(no texts or WhatsApp, only calls) 5. No call, no show /cancellations and late comers Will be banned from making future appointments or pay a fee before being serviced again in the future. If you book and don’t show up or show up after the time you booked for, or you are late, you will not be given priority for further appointments or banned a you’re required to pay a fee first.
