Each appointment is entirely one-to-one — no waiting, no overlap, no distractions. Just you, your stylist, and a personalised experience designed around your hair, your time, and your wellbeing.  

With over 15 years of professional experience, I’ve developed a service that blends high-end hair artistry with comfort and calm. From the moment you arrive, every part of your appointment is designed to make you feel relaxed, confident, and fully cared for.

Welcome! By booking with SOAR you agree to the following terms to ensure a smooth and professional experience.

Appointments
	•	One-to-one appointments in a private studio.
	•	Select the correct service to allow enough time.
	•	Once booked, you’ll receive your studio address and confirmed time slot.
	•	If unsure what service to book, contact us before scheduling.

Deposits
	•	Certain services (e.g., colour, long appointments) require a non-refundable deposit, deducted from your final bill.
	•	Deposits are forfeited if cancelled within 24 hours or for no-shows.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
	•	Cancel/reschedule 24+ hours before: no charge.
	•	Cancel/reschedule within 24 hours: 50% of service cost.
	•	No-shows: 100% of service cost.
	•	Outstanding fees must be cleared before booking future appointments.

Late Arrivals
	•	Arrive on time.
	•	10–15+ minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or cancellation with fee.

Patch Testing
	•	Required for all colour services 48 hours prior.
	•	You’ll receive a reminder 48 hours before your appointment if a patch test is needed.
	•	Appointments without a completed patch test may be cancelled, and fees may apply.

Studio Etiquette
	•	Private, one-client-at-a-time space.
	•	Attend alone unless arranged in advance.
	•	Children only if they are the client.
	•	No outside food or drinks.
