💕 SLAYZZ BY T – Booking Policies & Terms 💕 Hello beauties! Thank you for choosing SLAYZZ BY T. Please take a moment to review my booking policies before your appointment. ⏰ Arrival Policy * Clients are allowed a 15-minute grace period after their scheduled appointment time. * If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled, and a new deposit will be required. * Please be respectful of appointment times, as I operate on a schedule and have other clients booked throughout the day. 💇🏽‍♀️ Hair Preparation * For all braid appointments, hair must be freshly washed, fully blow-dried, and free of oils, grease, and product buildup before arrival. * If you need your hair washed before your service, please select the “Wash Add-On” when booking. * Wash services are available for an additional $50. 💰 Deposits * Deposits are required on the day your appointment is booked in order to secure your spot. * All deposits are non-refundable. * Deposits will only be refunded if I am unable to provide your scheduled service due to an issue on my end. ✨ Same-Day Appointments * Same-day squeeze-in appointments are available when scheduling permits and will incur an additional $30 fee. 💳 Accepted Payments Remaining balances may be paid using: * Apple Pay * Chime * Cash 📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling * Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. * Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
