Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. All appointments include a 1-hour grace period; after this time, appointments will be automatically canceled unless prior communication is established between the client and us. Please note, a late fee of $2,000 will be applied to appointments booked after closing hours or those exceeding the grace period. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
