Policy and Terms

Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment within 24hrs of your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking. Appointments cancelled less than 24hrs your deposit will not be able to be transferred to another appointment. A cancellation on the day of your appointment the full fee must be paid as it’s too short notice the money will be deducted from your card or it must be paid in full to be able to make and further appointments. No shows will be blocked from making any further appointments.

The Pro-Press soft gel tip system is a full cover nail tip system. This means that the soft gel tips are already pre-shaped and moulded to fit the entire nail.
