Policy and Terms

* Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no-show. * If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must do so more than 48hours before your appointment using the booking link provided. Your deposit will then be automatically transferred to your new appointment. * Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are not eligible to have the deposit transferred and the deposit will be forfeited. * Appointments cancelled on the day of the appointment will be charged the full treatment cost, as it is too short notice for us to fill the appointment. The outstanding balance may be charged to the card on file or must be paid in full before any future appointments can be made. * Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to accommodate your appointment without impacting other clients. Depending on the time remaining, your treatment may need to be shortened, changed to an alternative treatment, or rescheduled. If we are unable to accommodate your appointment due to your late arrival, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation and the full treatment fee will apply. * No-shows: Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be charged the full treatment cost and may be blocked from making future appointments.

Pro Press Gel Extensions

The Pro-Press soft gel tip system is a full cover nail tip system. This means that the soft gel tips are already pre-shaped and moulded to fit the entire nail. The system works by adhering the soft gel tips to the natural nail using the soft gel tip adhesive. The Pro-Press system has many benefits. SPEED A full set of Pro-Press soft gel tips with gel polish takes on average 45-60 minutes! Ideal for clients who have less time.
