Policy and Terms

Cancellations under 48 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% + a processing fee of your service fee. No shows & cancellations on the day of your appointment will be charged 100% + a processing fee of your service fee. If you are more than 10 minutes late, this will effect your service and may have to reschedule your appointment which will result in 100% of your service fee being payed.

All consultations are free of charge you will only be charged £10 for late cancellation or a no show. A consultation is a must for all new clients. In this appointment we will colour match you and identify the perfect method, length and grams for the look you want to achieve. The first step to receiving your dream hair.

Malibu C Hard Water Treatment removes hard water, sunscreen, chlorine, and salt buildup to lift discoloration from extensions. This service is for extensions only and excludes washing or blow-drying natural hair. Extensions need to be removed for this treatment if you're not booking as an "Add on" at your refit", please select "Extension Removal" on the next page.
