Policy and Terms

Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking. We require a card on file at the time of booking, and a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment value may be charged for a late cancellation under 24 hours or no-show. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made under 48 hours will be charged 50% of the appointment value. A reasonable grace period of 15 minutes will be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling. Payment is due at the time of service and accepts cash or bank transfer. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions which may effect their appointment/ aftercare prior to their appointment. Looking forward to seeing you.

In this appointment we will colour match you and identify the perfect method, length and grams for the look you want to achieve. The first step to receiving your dream hair.
