By booking with Ruby’s Grooming House, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

• Dogs must be up to date with vaccinations and free from contagious illnesses. Please let us know of any medical conditions, allergies or behavioural concerns before your appointment.

• If your dog has fleas, an additional treatment and cleaning fee may apply to cover the cost of sanitising the grooming area.

• Matted coats may need to be clipped short for your dog’s comfort and welfare. Additional charges may apply depending on the time and condition of the coat.

• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may result in a shortened groom or your appointment needing to be rescheduled.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice where possible. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

Would highly recommend Ruby's Grooming House.

Thanks Colin for excellent care and grooming for Milo. He looks great.

Brought my dog Rocky to Colin for a deshed and I collected him absolutely pristine nails done and all.
The best grooming we have gotten at the best price ever.
Highly recommend Ruby Grooming Studio

Delighted with the groom my two cavachons received. The service was quick and I was informed of any necessary extra grooming services be needed prior to treatment.
Will definitely use again.
