Royalty Nails

Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking.

-Cash App, Chime, Apple Pay, and Venmo are accepted for final payments 
-I have now added a Tap to Pay service for anyone with debit or credit cards (+processing fee)
-Cash final payments MUST BE EXACT (contact me for pricing beforehand)

Quality assessment must be done before leaving. Payments are FINAL‼️

You have 2 day insurance after your appointment to fix any damage (free of charge)

There are no late fees! You have a 15 minute grace period after that your appointment is deemed canceled‼️

You have to reschedule your appointments through the confirmation email sent upon booking. You have 2 hours before your appointment time to reschedule. If it doesn’t allow you to reschedule you will have to cancel.

Location will be sent to the phone number provided upon booking before your appointment date.

Customer service is TOP TIER! I had an issue with my a few of my nails! Nothing major! I informed her, she PROMPTLY scheduled me an appointment, and fixed the issues with NO PROBLEM! She didnt blame me for what happened nor did I blame her because it was a SIMPLE malfunction with the polish! If there were 20 stars, I would give her 50!!
