Booking & Appointment Policy • A clear photo of your face is required when booking (not just your hair or hairstyle) for security purposes. • For questions or concerns about your locs or desired style, please text 952-649-2043. • Monday appointments are available by request only and include an additional $50 fee on top of the standard service price. • Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment start time. • Deposits are non-refundable in cases of cancellation or no-shows. However, if you reschedule through the booking link, your deposit will be automatically applied to your future appointment. • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will result in automatic cancellation.
