Rooted by A – Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Rooted by A! Please review our policies before booking: * Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by Rooted By A. We require a 25% deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. * Hair must be clean, detangled, and product-free unless you booked a shampoo service. please arrive with your hair taken down and ready to be washed. * Clients arriving with excessively tangled or unprepared hair may incur an additional detangling fee or require rescheduling. * Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed; after that, your appointment may be canceled and your deposit forfeited. * Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. * No-shows will lose their deposit and may be required to prepay for future appointments. * No extra guests or children unless they are receiving a service or require assistance. * Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods are Zelle, CashApp or Cash Only. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business. * No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Personal and booking information is collected solely to provide the service and is not shared with third parties except as required to process payments or by law.
