By booking with Rogue to Vogue Dog Grooming, you agree to these Policies & Terms. Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking. Rogue to Vogue Dog Grooming may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Please arrive on time and take time to offer your dog a comfort break before entering the salon to help ensure them a comfortable experience. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods are cash or bank transfer. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. Clients should arrive at the agreed time, for drop.off and pick up, unless prior arrangements have been made with the business. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Personal and booking information is collected solely to provide the service and is not shared with third parties except as required to process payments or by law.
