Policy and Terms

Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking. We require a £20 non refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Clients may reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment and their deposit will be transferred to a future date. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business.
