READ BEFORE BOOKING 🔴 NO-SHOW: To book again, you must pay the full amount of the missed appointment AND the new appointment upfront. 🔴 LATE ARRIVAL: – 5+ minutes late = shortened service & possible cancellation. – 10+ minutes late = canceled and charged in full. 🔴 CANCELLATIONS: Must be 3+ hours before your appointment. Anything later must be paid before rebooking. 🔴 SERVICE TIME: Services have fixed time frames. No extra time added. Arrive early/on time. 🔴 Cutting 3+ Inches: Select “Need More Time” add-on. 👦 KIDS POLICY •For safety reasons, children must be able to sit still during the haircut. If a child cannot sit still, service will be refused.
