Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by Restoration Ink LLC. Complimentary consultations do not require a booking fee. A non-refundable booking fee of $100 is required only when scheduling a service. This fee reserves your appointment and will be applied toward the total cost of your service. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before their appointment. For service appointments, the $100 booking fee will be transferred to a new appointment if at least 48 hours’ notice is provided. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or failure to attend the appointment will result in forfeiture of the booking fee. A reasonable grace period may be offered when possible; however, late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment of the remaining balance is due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods may vary. Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or medications prior to their appointment. Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business. Because permanent cosmetic and paramedical tattoo services are customized and cannot be reversed once performed, no refunds will be issued for completed services. Restoration Ink LLC’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Individual results vary, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Personal and booking information is collected solely to provide services and process payments and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law. We look forward to seeing you!
