Policy and Terms

By booking an appointment with Rellas House of Styles, you agree to the following terms: Rellas House understands unexpected events may occur, so please cancel 12-24 hours before your appointment to avoid a 50% service fee charge. Arrive on time to your appointment, with a 10-minute grace period. Being 10 minutes late will result in a $10 fee and the fee increases each minute after until 30mins then your appointment will be cancelled. No call, no show appointments will be banned from future bookings. House calls incur a $25 travel fee within a 10-mile radius. Payment accepted in cash or Zelle with a 2% processing fee for other forms of payment.

Facetime or In person consultation for those who do not understand booking policy or services. Mandatory consultation For starters locs or any confusing on loc count, size , maintenance or length for booking.

StarterLocs (Consultation Required)

Must send picture of hair before booking! Long and/or thick hair is allowed. If your hair is less than 5 inches or you're not sure if it's long enough please CONTACT BEFORE BOOKING. Two stand starter locs + Style. Wash service included (blow dry will be used if needed) Size of head and desire of loc size (if wanting smaller) will change the duration of starter locs.

This services includes a Retwist performed on locs of any size or length. To be ready for your appt please come with previous style taking out and washed thoroughly if not it’s an extra 35$ fee for take down.
