I’m so happy you’re here! My names Hayley and I’m a Licensed Esthetician out of Dwight, Illinois. I specialize in lash extensions & brow work. I have been doing lashes for almost 6 years now. I am also certified technician in Microblading. I can help you with all your beauty needs. Lashes, brows, waxing, microblading, & spray tans. I have tons of reviews on google, so please check those out. I hope to see you soon. 

I do not offer foreign fills. 

Please note, new clients may be asked for a deposit on higher priced services. That will then go towards your service the day of. Thank you for understanding.

Reflection Esthetics 

By booking with Reflection Esthetics , you agree to these Policies & Terms. Reflection Esthetics  may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Please arrive on time; arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible; late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee.

•For services $30 and up, a $20 non-refundable deposit through venmo (@ReflectionEsthetics) is needed to confirm your appointment. It will go towards the total of your appointment. Appointment will not be confirmed until deposit is received. In the payment note,  please put the date of your scheduled appointment. 

•Same day cancellation will result in losing your deposit and a new deposit will be needed to book your next appointment. 

•If I am notified before the 24 hour mark, you can transfer that deposit to your next appointment, but it is non-refundable. 

•10 minutes late results in a $10 late fee. I will do as much as I can during your appointment slot time. With back to back clients, showing up late may result in a shorter appointment time. 

•15 minutes late results in a cancelled appointment and losing your deposit.

•After a no call no show, a 50% deposit must be sent for your next appointment. Future bookings may require full payment upfront (based on the situation). 


I go to Hayley for my brows and lashes!! I do brow tint/wax and lash lift/tint.... I'm very blonde so it helps my lashes show up without having to wear mascara and if you're a real blonde with really blonde brows you know the struggle,  she tints them to look natural and just give them a little more appearance and shape!!!! She's very down to earth and very accommodating... go see her.. you will not be disappointed!!

Hayley is a business woman who definitely aims to please her clients! I was referred to her a couple years ago when my original lash tech was taking a break for maternity leave. Two years later, she’s still stuck with me😊 she is very patient and does not let you leave until you are 100% satisfied 🙌  I highly recommend Hayley
