To ensure the best experience for every client, all new appointments require a brief phone consultation before confirmation. During this call, we will:
• Review your requested service
• Confirm location and travel details
• Go over pricing and timing
• Answer any questions

After the phone consultation, a 50% deposit is required to officially secure your appointment. Appointments are not reserved until the deposit is received.

The deposit:
• Applies toward the total cost of your service
• Is non-refundable for no-shows
• Will be forfeited for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty up to 24 hours prior.

We met Nikki yesterday when she came to our home to do my mom's mani / pedi. My mom has been very sick for several months and has been unable to have her mani/pedi done regularly at her nail salon. My daughter found Redhead Sassy Nails, she set up an appointment ,and all I can say is Nikki is great!! Nikki was prompt, kind, patient, and very attentive to my mom's needs. I would recommend Nikki and her services to anyone who needs nail care at home, she really was wonderful!
