RCS CATERING SERVICES Terms & Conditions 1. Booking & Deposit A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. No event is confirmed until the deposit is received. 2. Final Payment The remaining balance is due no later than 3 days prior to the event date. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services. 3. Guest Count Final guest count must be confirmed at least 5 days prior to the event. This number will be used for final billing and cannot be reduced after confirmation. 4. Cancellations Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 5 days of the event may be subject to additional charges based on preparation and food costs already incurred. 5. Service Type Drop-off service includes delivery and setup only. Full-service catering includes setup, service, and breakdown as agreed upon in the invoice. 6. Setup & Access Client is responsible for providing a safe and accessible setup area. Access to electricity, water, or kitchen space must be communicated in advance if required. 7. Food Safety & Liability RCS Catering Services is not responsible for food once it has been served or left on-site after service is complete. Proper food handling after service is the client’s responsibility. 8. Equipment Responsibility Any rented or provided equipment (chafers, serving utensils, etc.) must be returned in the condition received. Client is responsible for any loss or damage. 9. Delays RCS Catering Services is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, but will make every effort to arrive on time and communicate any issues. 10. Alcohol Service If alcohol service is requested, all legal requirements must be followed. Client may be required to provide permits or licensed bartenders depending on the event. 11. Additional Charges Any additional services, extended service time, or last-minute changes may result in additional charges. 12.
