APPOINTMENTS MADE FROM 6am-8:30am is $30 morning fee! Squeeze in fee $30 extra ! Late Night fee (anything later than 6:30pm is $30 extra!) $21 deposit required and only $20 gets deducted from your total! If any cancellations happen on my end full deposit will be given back. If you cancel 48 hours before your appointment your deposit will not be refunded. And if you choose to reschedule it would be a new deposit! Don’t book appointments for other people because it could cause a mix up! Any appointments that are canceled day of over miscommunication on clients behalf are canceled with no refund If you DON’T receive an automated message after your appointment being accepted with the date,time along with the address for the appointment contact me ASAP! So I can either confirm the appointment or send the address. If you fail to do so and text me last minute asking I will not guarantee a quick response if and only if im at school, taking other clients or it’s outside my working hours. Failure to show up due to not contacting me sooner will result in appointment cancellation. Deposits are non-transferable so please be sure you are booking for a time and date that works best for you! If you need to book for another date a new deposit will need to be payed. If you however are not able to make it within 12 hours of your appointment time you will be charged 60% of your service this is including your deposit. If you do not pay a cancellation fee you will not be allowed to book future appointments! NO EXTRA GUESTS 💕 LATE FEE 6-9 minutes would be $15 and once it’s been 10 minutes $20 or appointment will be canceled depending on my schedule! If I end up taking you 10 minutes and after your appointment time it would be $30! If you aren’t inside by these times fees will be added or appointments will be canceled. If you don’t pay cashapp fees or late fees you will be banned from booking. Soak offs can be booked by how many fingers are left with acrylic. I offer soak offs from past nails that aren’t my work but be aware it will be more depending on what monomer is used on your nails because nail salons will sometimes use Illegal monomer which is very hard to soak off and very sticky and gummy. If you decide you need a soak off from nails that aren’t mine please book under Foreign Soakoff. Fills MY WORK ONLY NEW CLIENTS BARE NAILS ONLY fills must be booked every 3 weeks or 3 and a half weeks after fresh full set any time after they aren’t allowed! You would have to book a full set! 2 fills are only allowed after booking a full set because maintenance! if I give you a free or discounted set of your choice and there are rhinestones the rhinestones will not be discounted everything else will! You will be automatically will be charged $5 on each finger if you show up with any acrylic on your nails if you didn’t book a soak off or appointment will be canceled on the spot! Address should be sent in auto mated messaging prior to your appointment if it isn’t please contact me ASAP💕! (During or before you leave if you don’t like the service communicate that with me 💕! ) Once you leave and if you are left unsatisfied with the service and didn’t communicate with me no refunds will be given! Any problems with your nails please contact me within 48 hours of when you were serviced so I can fix or repair your nails for free ! ONCE YOU BOOK YOU ARE AGREEING TO MY POLICY COMMUNICATE YOUR OPINIONS WHILE I AM SERVICING YOU💕! (I only use HIGH QUALITY rhinestones Swarovski or serenity crystals which are purchased from bluestreak!) I enjoy seeing you soon💕
