Policy and Terms

By booking online, you agree to receive invoice and booking details via Whatsapp. A 50% non-refundable deposit or full payment is required 12-24hrs prior to secure your appointment slot. Cash payment only for outstanding balances. Cancellations must be made on the website 12hrs in advance, penalty fees apply for last minute cancellations via Whatsapp. Last minute reschedules will incur a 25% deposit fee, and a no-show will result in a 50% deposit forfeiture. Clean nails/lashes are required, removal fees may apply.
