We’ll assess your needs and discuss your options before scheduling an installation or loc maintenance appointment. I’m RaShonda, also known as MzLadyShonda, owner of RashNal Locs, a natural loc care studio in St. Paul, Minnesota. I’m a certified Microlocs Consultant, Loctician, and Natural Hair Stylist with over a decade of experience. I specialize in microlocs, traditional locs, and natural hair care, with a focus on the health, integrity, and long-term care of your hair. At RashNal Locs, you’ll receive knowledgeable, detail-focused care in a private, dedicated space where your hair goals are the priority.
Policy and Terms
PLEASE REVIEW BEFORE BOOKING CONSULTATIONS & SERVICE SELECTION New clients must complete the appropriate consultation before scheduling an installation or loc maintenance service. A consultation is an assessment appointment; installation, maintenance, and repairs are scheduled separately. Same-day service is not guaranteed. Services marked “By Approval” require approval before booking. DEPOSITS, RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS A $30 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment and is applied toward your service total, unless a different deposit is specified for your selected service. To transfer your deposit to another appointment, reschedule through your booking link at least 24 hours before your scheduled start time. Cancellations without rescheduling, changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment, and no-shows forfeit the deposit. A new deposit is required to rebook. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time and prepared for your service. Arrivals 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit. Contacting me about a delay does not guarantee that your appointment can be accommodated. PAYMENTS & PLATFORM FEES Your remaining balance is due at the start of your service. Balances over $400 must be paid in cash or Zelle. Cash and direct Zelle payments have no processing fee. Payments processed through Goldie, including card payments, payment links, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, incur Goldie’s platform fee of 3.5% plus $0.30 per payment. This applies to deposits and additional payments processed through Goldie. Goldie may also apply a separate booking fee to eligible online bookings. Applicable Goldie fees are displayed during checkout. Paying your remaining balance in cash or Zelle does not remove fees already charged on an online booking or deposit. HAIR PREPARATION Microloc clients must arrive with clean, detangled hair unless a wash has been arranged as part of the appointment. Traditional loc and other clients should follow the preparation instructions listed for their selected service. Avoid heavy product buildup and excessive manipulation between visits. PRICING & ADDITIONAL WORK Starting prices are not guaranteed final totals. Hair length, density, loc count, new growth, condition, and the work required may affect pricing. Additional time, detangling, repairs, or other work will be discussed and priced before proceeding. Extensive matting or damage may require a separate appointment or result in service being declined. HEALTH & SCALP CONDITIONS Services will not be performed when lice, a scalp infection, or open wounds are present. Appointments refused for these conditions forfeit the deposit. Please contact RashNal Locs before your appointment if you have a concern that may prevent service. COMMUNICATION & COMPLETED SERVICES Please discuss your desired results, style requests, and concerns before service begins. Speak up during your appointment if you have discomfort or questions. Completed services are nonrefundable.
