Scheduling & Payment All sessions must be booked in advance through our booking system. Payment is due at the time of booking. No Refunds. Rescheduling & Cancellation You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance. Energy Exchange & Boundaries Ensure that all information needed is accurate. Readings are prepared in advance and accurate information ensures that time isn't wasted in preparation; written reports will not be redone. Please show up on time, in a quiet and private space, ready to be present and engaged. Disrespect, harmful language, or misuse of services will result in denied future bookings. Confidentiality All sessions are held in confidence. Your healing, your story, and your path are honored with care and respect.
