I cannot recommend Bridie highly enough. Her treatments are so deeply relaxing and good for the soul. 
There is no stressful traffic to deal with getting there and ample parking at the door. 

After a very difficult month dealing with loss in many forms I got myself booked in with Bridie again. It was exactly what I needed. The treatment allowed me to switch off & reset..something I had been struggling to do. Don't underestimate the benefit of nurturing your wellbeing to navigate  challenges & manifest positivity. 1hour equates to priceless rebalancing. Thanks Bridie

I had the most amazing foot reflexology session this morning with Bridie. From the moment I entered the room I felt at ease, noticed the soft lighting and smelt the lovely relaxing scents.
