Deposits are non-refundable. To avoid cancelation fee please reschedule your appointment at least 24 prior to your appointment.

Infills are done only up to 28 days since the last appointment. 

If you need an infill or full set of classic lashes you can pick up 9am 11am 1pm 3pm 5.30pm appointments.

If you need a full set of Russian lashes you can pick up 3pm or 5.30pm appointments only. 

If you need an infill & eyebrows 3pm or 5.30pm appointments only.

I cannot rate Ramy high enough! She is a perfectionist and very professional. My eyelashes always look amazing and stay looking full for at least 3-4 weeks. Ramy also takes care of your own natural lashes and ensures they stay healthy.

I went to Ramy recently and explained to her what lash look I wanted. She took lots of time and effort to explain how she would achieve this look. She then gave me a beautiful set of lashes. I would give Ramy a 10/10. The beautiful room, the quality of the lashes and the whole experience was brilliant. She is an artist and is excellent at what she does. She is also lovely.
