By booking with Radiant Beauty by Jaz, you agree to the following Policies & Terms: Radiant Beauty by Jaz reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if necessary. You will be notified as soon as reasonably possible. Arrival Time Please arrive on time. Arriving 10 minutes or more late may require your appointment to be rescheduled. Cancellations & No-Shows If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in forfeiture of your $20 non-refundable deposit. Client Responsibility Clients must disclose any relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. * Spray Tans: Please arrive with properly prepped skin (showered, exfoliated, no lotions, oils, or deodorant). * Permanent Jewelry: Not recommended for clients with pacemakers or certain medical conditions due to the welding process. Please inform us of any concerns beforehand. Touch-Ups / Adjustments * Spray tan touch-ups must be requested within 24 hours after development. * Permanent jewelry adjustments (such as re-welding) must be requested within 7 days after your appointment. Refund Policy No refunds will be issued. Exceptions may be made in the case of a documented skin reaction or allergy. Jewelry Disclaimer Permanent jewelry is delicate and not indestructible. Radiant Beauty by Jaz is not responsible for breakage, loss, or damage due to everyday wear, snagging, or improper care. However, we do offer rewelding/ adjustments for a fee. Mobile Appointments For mobile services, please ensure all pets, especially aggressive or high-energy animals; are secured prior to arrival to maintain a safe working environment.
