Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. As long as it's before the 24-hour reminder text, there is no charge. If for some reason you need to cancel after the 24-hour reminder text is sent out, then we do charge $25 because it's harder to fill the spot at that point. No-call / no-shows will result in all recurring sessions being canceled and will cost the full $50 amount plus $50 in advance before scheduling the next session.
