Booking & New Client Requirements New Clients: To ensure we are fully prepared for your dog's specific needs, all new clients are kindly required to submit a current photo of their pet 📸 during the online booking process. Appointment Confirmation: The Owner/Groomer will personally follow up 📞 after your booking is received to confirm the appointment time and verify the services you selected. Deposit Requirement: A deposit is required to secure all appointments. An invoice for the deposit amount will be sent promptly by the owner following the confirmation. 💰 Appointment Timing and Duration We are committed to low-stress handling and refuse to rush your dog! Duration: Full service appointments typically require 2 to 3 hours ⏳ to ensure a thorough, compassionate, and positive experience. Pricing and Additional Services Service Scope: The price quoted covers only the services specifically detailed in the appointment description.
