Please read the following, by going ahead with the booking you are agreeing to my terms and conditions.

• If an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours or you fail to show for your appointment, the £10 deposit will be lost.

• I may need to change your appointment due to exceptional circumstances, please bear this in mind.

• Please arrive on time for your appointment, for drop off and collection. Even being 15 minutes late or early has a huge impact on my schedule.

• If a dog has matting in their fur that is beyond brushing out, I will have no other choice but to shave them short. I can’t always contact you if I need to shave your dog short, so please be prepared for this. Shaving a dog is not an easy way out for the groomer.
  Skin issues may arise from a matted coat that you might not have been aware of before. This may include grazes,  sores, rashes and very rarely hepatoma’s that can happen in the tips of the ears if severely matted. I do not take responsibility for any issues that may be caused after a matted coat is shaved off.

• Elderly dogs will be assessed at each visit to make sure they are ok to go through with the groom. If an older dog can no longer stand, is in obvious discomfort or pain, or is no longer aware of where they are I cannot go through with the groom.

• I no longer groom extra large dogs, or any dogs around or over 30/35kilos.

• I no longer groom dogs that are known to bite while being groomed.

• Any issues with the groom or your dog after being groomed please let me know within 48 hours. 

• I use only natural products on your dog but please let me know of any skin or medical conditions.

• Due to inflation there will be an annual price increase.

Lucy groomed my previous little dog and having got a new puppy ,a Schnoodle , I  wondered how he would look… well he was gorgeous. Lucy’s grooming ability never disappoints. Such a friendly young woman who listens to her clients wishes. I would highly recommend.
