“Very lucky to find this place! Snuffles is less than cooperative when it comes to nail trims. He did very well with the gentle groomer and we are very proud of him. Thank you!”

“Jess is amazing. Our little girl, Lola is nervous and anxious when we are apart as she is a rescue. Jess is absolutely brilliant with Lola, so kind and patient❤️. Jess also tells me if she notices any marks or cracked in her paws🐾 I honesty can't recommend Jess enough 🥰. Thank you so much again. Lola looks so cute and smells amazing 💖 xx ”

“Jess is one in a million and so caring with Connie, our cavapoo, who suffers a little from separation anxiety. She will not just groom your dog perfectly, but is also very concerned about its welfare eg. informed me immediately when she noticed a crack on Connie’s paw. Plus point also is that Jess takes one dog at a time so no crates for nervous dogs who aren’t used to them. Connie has had so many compliments on her appearance since starting with Jess. I can’t recommend her highly enough! ♥️”

“Jess has groomed Wanda now twice and both times we have been delighted with the result!. Clearly very experienced. She takes time with us to settle Wanda in. Our dog is very nervous when being left off and Jess has a lovely way with Wanda. Doggy welfare is clearly very important to her. The booking arrangements are seamless. No complaints whatsoever! Also the location of Pup Fiction is very convenient and the car park behind the arcade is so handy! Delighted with this new establishment🐶 ”
