“Jas was very accommodating even when I booked for a grooming appointment for Eve with very short notice. She also explained thoroughly how she does the grooming and asked for what I want for my toy cavoodle to look like. She has shared her knowledge on puppies on how their coat can be maintained. I highly recommend her and will definitely come back for her service.”

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. If cancellation or rescheduling occurs within 24 hours, a 50% no-show fee will be applied, in addition to the full grooming fee for the subsequent appointment. SUNDAY bookings incur an additional $10 fee per dog. Dematting or shaving due to matted fur will incur additional charges starting from $30 (depending on the severity of matts) Note: A dog is considered medium if it is tall (over 45cm) but weighs less than 10kg, or if it is short but weighs 10kg.
