PAYMENT POLICIES. - Full payment is required before leaving the appointment. - Accepted payment methods: Cash and E-transfer only 3. APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING 3.1 Booking Requirements - Clients must upload an inspiration picture when booking - This ensures adequate preparation of time and equipment 3.2 Cancellation and Modification - Cancellations or changes must be made 48 hours prior to appointment. - Failure to do so will result in a $20 no-show fee 4. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY - 20 minutes past scheduled appointment time incurs a non-refundable $15 late fee - Late arrivals may result in shortened or rescheduled service 5. NO-SHOW AND BAN POLICY - First no-show: $20 fee must be paid - Repeated no-shows may result in permanent client ban - Clients banned must pay outstanding fees to be reinstated. 6.
