Please be aware all appointment times are in UK 🇬🇧 time. These appointments are all ONLINE ONLY via video call. These can be conducted via WhatsApp, FaceTime, Zoom or MS Teams etc. Unless otherwise stated for eg: Voice note readings. It is usually with the exception of tickets for Events including on tour tickets. Home bookings and Group bookings can vary which is a totally separate booking. For Home/Group bookings please message into us directly as these are more complex bookings and are NOT done via the app. Although these can be conducted online if and as requested. Please specify if you have a preference on how you wish your 121 to occur in the ‘comment box’ at the time of booking. Alternatively it will be chosen for you. In which case I generally use WhatsApp for best connection. NB: If you wish to book a Home visit, Group booking or Psychic party or for any other type of bookings please contact us directly via Email or Phone. These larger bookings usually require a deposit. Once you have selected a DATE & TIME of your choice, please send FULL payment to secure your appointment within 48 hours of this request. Failure to do so, this will forfeit your time/date selected and your reservation will be made re-available. Once payment has been received you will receive confirmation of payment and your appointment details. Payments MUST be paid in full to secure your booking. Please note that if you book a VOICE NOTE READING, no interaction is involved but the aim is to answer to the best one can based on what information you have provided prior to the reading if any. The recording is for the sole use for yourself and is not to be used for any inappropriate purposes. It is asked that this is respected. ** Please be ready to START ON TIME. 121s can be back to back and a swift time keeping is important. However, on the occasion where there maybe a delay my end, rest assure I will get to you. Please DO NOT call me as this may disturb the reading before you if it has ran over for whatever reason this maybe. Delays can happen as circumstances can run out of control and emotions can be high during a reading, understandably. I kindly ask for compassion as a few minutes here and there can be the case albeit I endeavour for this not to happen. You WILL still receive your full time slot regardless.** Please note any cancellations or changes to your appointment must be made prior to 48hrs of your appointment. For any non- attendance this will run the risk of a non refund. Please contact us at your earliest convenience for any exceptional circumstances. Refunds are at the discretion of PSMJ. Where possible we will always try our best to accommodate any late changes but it is not always guaranteed. On the occasion where there maybe any unforeseen circumstances resulting in your appointment with Psychic Spirit Medium Jenna for your Reading to be cancelled; you will be notified at the earliest convenience. It goes without saying that it is with deep regret if this happens and can assure you that where possible PSMJ does not like to do this. Please accept sincere apologies if this occurs and reschedule your appointment by choosing another date/time that is available on the booking system. PSMJ asks for understanding around this as sickness, illness or family situations can happen at any one given time to any of us. A gentle reminder that PSMJ is a mother of 5 beautiful children and therefore children can come with last minute and unexpected scenarios of their own. “My customers are my upmost priority! But my family, my children do however come first.” ‼️In terms of readings and messages given, please note that all messages, evidence and information told is given based on what is received by the medium (myself). As a medium we DO NOT control what we know or don’t know, what we see or don’t see, what comes through or not. I will always do my best to answer or provide as much guidance, evidence & informations as possible!! But I CAN NOT say or give what I dont have or know. I can not GUARANTEE that you will hear what you want to hear or expect. Your expectations are important to me and I will always start the 121 with laying things out clearly. I WILL ALWAYS ask what you need, want or expect from the experience. To hopefully ensure I meet your wish, needs & desires. Whilst this is my priority and aim it cannot always be guaranteed. You can ask me as many questions as you wish, however DO REMEMBER I can’t always guarantee I can answer or answer how you expect based on what comes to me. Anything MEDICAL or LEGAL or predicting the sex of a baby and all other sensitive subjects can vary depending on laws in your country. Laws will be abided by in all cases. However, please speak to me in advance if you have a query around anything you think may not be able to be read or if you are unsure. SPIRIT MESSAGES work exactly the same. I CAN NOT GUARANTEE that your loved ones will come forward on the day. I can not guarantee who that maybe and if you like them or not. I do not control any of that. I will simply explain who is present and you simply wish to accept them or dont. If there are no loved ones at the time; You have the option to re-book if thats all you do want. This MUST be stated and requested before i continue and at the very start of the reading where possible. You can use your slot for other guidance and messages. Please DO NOT use the 121 for other questions and guidance and then complain you only wanted spirit. Please make me aware of this at the beginning of your appointment not the end or afterwards. To provide the best service to you I require the best clarity from you. This is important. My ethics are to be as RELIABLE & PUNCTUAL as possible. To work with HONESTY, INTEGRITY, CONPASSION and UNDERSTANDING. I always work to ensure everyone is happy and can understand everything being told to them.
