Please be aware all appointment times are in UK 🇬🇧 time. Private 1:1 video readings booked through this app are online and can take place via WhatsApp, FaceTime, Zoom or MS Teams. Please state your preferred platform in the additional information box when booking; otherwise, I’ll choose one, usually WhatsApp. Voice-note readings are recordings, not live video appointments. Event and tour tickets follow the details on their listings. Home visits, group bookings and psychic parties are arranged separately and cannot be booked through the app. Please contact us by email or phone to discuss these bookings. They can be arranged online if agreed in advance and usually require a deposit. For appointments booked through this app, please pay in full within 48 hours of receiving the payment request to secure your chosen date and time. If payment is not received within 48 hours, the slot will be released and made available again. Bank transfer is preferred to avoid payment processing fees. If you prefer to use a payment link, please request one. Payment arrangements for home visits, group bookings and other direct bookings will be confirmed separately. Please note that if you book a VOICE NOTE READING, no interaction is involved but the aim is to answer to the best one can based on what information you have provided prior to the reading if any. The recording is for the sole use for yourself and is not to be used for any inappropriate purposes. It is asked that this is respected. The time selected is a booking slot only; your recording will be sent on the booked date, but the delivery time may vary. ** Please be ready to START ON TIME. 121s can be back-to-back and a swift time keeping is important. However, on the occasion where there may be a delay my end, rest assured. I will still get to you. Please DO NOT call me as this may disturb the reading before you if it has run over for whatever reason this may be. Delays can happen as circumstances can run out of control and emotions can be high during a reading, understandably. I kindly ask for compassion as a few minutes here and there can be the case albeit I endeavour for this not to happen. You WILL still receive your full time slot regardless.** Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. Changes are subject to availability. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, and missed appointments, may not be eligible for a refund. If exceptional circumstances arise, please contact us as soon as possible. I’ll consider each situation individually and do my best to accommodate changes where possible, but this cannot be guaranteed. Any refund decision will be subject to applicable consumer rights. If unforeseen circumstances mean I need to cancel your appointment, I’ll contact you as soon as possible and sincerely apologise. You can rebook for another available date. If no suitable dates are available, please contact me and I’ll offer you priority on the waiting list. If you prefer not to rebook or wait, I’ll refund your payment for the cancelled appointment.
