By booking with Project Detail LA, you agree to the following terms: • Vehicle must be accessible and ready at the scheduled appointment time. • Pricing is based on vehicle size, condition, and selected services. Additional charges may apply for excessive pet hair, stains, sand, mold, biohazards, or heavily soiled vehicles. • Project Detail LA reserves the right to adjust pricing after inspecting the vehicle. Any changes will be discussed and approved before work begins. • We may reschedule appointments due to weather, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances. • Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee. • Personal belongings should be removed from the vehicle before the appointment. • While we take every precaution when servicing your vehicle, Project Detail LA is not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose trim, worn components, or aftermarket accessories. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
