~ Hair is NOT included in your service ( for mid back/ shoulder length get 42” inch pre-stretched, for waist or longer length get 52” inch pre-stretched) 
~make sure your hair is washed, detangled, blow dried, and free of and products such as oils, grease and leave-in conditioners. 
 ~The location will be sent a couple days before your appointment!

~ you are given a 15MINUTE grace period to arrive, after those 15minutes you will be charged $15 extra. if later than 20 min, your appointment will automatically be canceled.
