Policy and Terms

Due to a lot of no shows and failing to notify us on time, we are forced to charge the full haircut amount if either or happens. Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by Primoz. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours before the appointment; please notify us if you are running late or not making it at least 2 hours before the scheduled time, as the site is set for two hours and once within that window you will not be able to reschedule. text us "Cant make it" if its easier. Please book accordingly leaving ample time for your haircut. Do not book if you are barely making it or always in a rush Barbers have the right to refuse service. Thank you for understanding
