In just  four days of following this plan exactly… my blood pressure stabilized enough that I am taking 1/4 of my meds.. and the same with blood sugar had to cut my daily amount of meds in half… I have seen how quickly eating the right way can turn your health around  I am hooked!  You guys are a blessing ! So thankful  my daughter and several others recommended you!! I will recommend this to everyone who will listen!
