- please come with brush teeth and no gum 
-i understand I must notify if having any of the following issues/ symptoms 
Bleeding gums/sores/any flu like symptoms/ gingivitis

-$50 deposit is required! 
Must not get if of the following 

Under 18 years of age (unless parent consents) 
Diabetes
Pregnant or lactating women
Glaucoma
Skin discases such as psoriasis, eczema and undiagnosed rashes or blisters on the site that is to be treated Allergies to makeup or colors
Easily triggered post inflammatory hyper pigmentation Teansmitrable blood conditions like HIV or Hepatitiv
Active skin cancer in the area to be tattooed
Hemophiliac
Healing disorders
Blood thinners (consult with your physician)
Uncontrolled high blood pressure or mitral valse disarder
Accusie or steroids (consult with your physician)

• By reading the following terms and policy’s  I understand and agree once booking any service I can not hold Prettysoullashes and owner Neiciie  accountable for any irritations, swelling, and any allergy related reactions when doing any service such as the following 
•lashes / lash lifts 
•ombre brows 
•brow lami/ tint 
•teething whitening/gems 
•facials
As some things are common in other skin types! I understand these services take 3-4 hours and i understand ombré brows are a permanent service and can only be removed with laser removal.
