Appointments & Booking

All appointments must be booked in advance. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your service total.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or no-shows will result in loss of deposit. Failure to notify may require full payment before rebooking.

Late Policy

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or canceled to respect scheduled time slots. Late arrivals are still responsible for the full service price.

No-Show Policy

No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay full service fees before booking future appointments.

Guests & Children

For safety and relaxation purposes, no extra guests or children are permitted unless being serviced.

Service Satisfaction

All sales are final. Due to the nature of beauty services, refunds are not provided. If you have concerns, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess and address the issue.

Health & Safety

Please arrive with clean lashes and skin, free of makeup and oils. Clients must disclose allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or pregnancy prior to service. Pretty Siddity Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe.

Payment Methods

Accepted forms of payment include cash, card, and approved electronic payments. Remaining balances are due at the time of service.

Right to Refuse Service

Pretty Siddity Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates policies, arrives under the influence, or displays inappropriate behavior.
