941 n west street Wichita KS 67203 PRETTY TIPS NAILS BOOKING POLICY Thank you for choosing Pretty Tips Nails! Please review the following policies before booking your appointment. Deposit Policy A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your service total if you attend your appointment. Payment Methods for Deposits: * Cash App: $missessie * Venmo * Apple Pay Please send a screenshot of your deposit once payment has been made. Remaining Balance The remaining balance is due at your appointment. Accepted Payment Methods: * Cash * Debit Card * Credit Card Appointment Times My latest appointment time is 5:00 PM. Appointments scheduled after 5:00 PM are subject to an additional fee of $10 per 30 minutes. For example, a 5:30 PM appointment will incur a $10 after-hours fee. Cancellation Policy A $20 cancellation fee will be charged for appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time. This fee must be paid before any future appointments can be booked. Late Policy * Clients arriving 10 minutes late will be charged a $15 late fee. * Clients arriving 15 minutes late will have their appointment canceled. * Deposits will not be refunded for canceled appointments due to tardiness. Design Selection Please arrive with your design selected and finalized. Changes to your design on the day of your appointment may not be accommodated unless approved by me. Existing Nail Enhancements Please inform me when booking if you currently have nails on from a previous set. Fill Appointments If booking a fill, please send a current photo of your nails when scheduling your appointment. This allows me to assess the condition of your set and determine whether any nails are missing. Soak-Off Services Soak-offs are $20 when booked at least 48 hours in advance. If a soak-off is not disclosed and scheduled ahead of time, an additional $30 fee will be added to your service. Repair Policy If a nail breaks within 3 days of your appointment, I may repair it at no charge depending on the cause and condition of the break. Satisfaction Policy If you are unhappy with any aspect of your nails, please let me know during your appointment. I am happy to make adjustments before you leave. No refunds will be issued after services have been completed. Allergy Disclosure Please inform me of any allergies or sensitivities before your appointment. I am not responsible for allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies or sensitivities to products used during your service. Nail Health If your natural nails are damaged, weakened, or excessively thin from previous nail services, I cannot be held responsible for their condition. For the health and safety of your nails, I reserve the right to refuse service if your nails appear significantly damaged. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
