Clients of Pretty Nailz By Theresa have the right to cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may result in a fee. You will be charged half of service price. By booking an appointment with Pretty Nailz By Theresa, clients agree to adhere to this policy. Management reserves the right to refuse service to any client who fails to comply with this policy.
