Removal: •Recommended to always book a soak-off, just in case. •Cannot be booked the same day and requires 48hr advance notice Exclusivity: If Nail Technician is: •10 minutes late = 50% OFF •15 minutes late = FREE SERVICE Deposit: •Goes to total service cost •Amount = 50% of total service cost •Pay via link after booking •No Deposit = No Appointment Payments: •Remaining balance = Cash •Unpaid Balances = No Booking Late Arrival: •5 minute grace period before late •After 5 minutes = Canceled Appointment + Deposit Forfeiture Photo & Media: Photographs and/or videography may be captured of your nails during your appointment. This media may be used for promotional purposes solely controlled by us, including our website, social media platforms, and marketing materials. By participating in your appointment, you grant us a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free worldwide license to use,reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute the captured media. We respect your privacy. Should you wish to opt-out of having your image used in our promotional materials, please inform us prior to the commencement of your appointment in writing. We retain full ownership and copyright of all captured photos and videos.
