Policy and Terms
Please Read Thoroughly Before Booking! Please message me for Saturday appointments. Final Payments must be paid in Cash, Card or Zelle. Card payments have an added fee. APPOINTMENTS: Must be booked atleast 12 hours in advance. Please message me for appointments outside of business hours. Healthy nails only please or I will have to reschedule you. DEPOSITS: All appointments require a $20 deposit at the time of booking. I will only refund deposits if I have to cancel the appointment. LATE FEE: After 10 minutes there will be a $15 late fee. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required when booking your next appointment. RESCHEDULING: You can reschedule one time 24 hours before your appointment with your deposit. Appointment must be rescheduled within 2 weeks. After that a new deposit will be required when booking. NO CALL / NO SHOW: A No Call/ No Show will result in a ban from booking. EXTRA GUESTS: No kids/ No Pets/ No Extra Guests allowed unless discussed prior. REFILLS: No Refills over others work. You must come with bare nails or book a foreign soak off.
