-All clients have a 10min grace period, after 10 minutes there will be a $15 late fee. After 20 minutes has passed your appointment will be deemed a no call/no show and deposit will no longer be used towards any services. You will be required to pay full amount for your nails up front when booking again. 
-Please contact me via Facebook regarding any matters of your appointment for a quicker response.
-I do not work over others work. I can’t guaranteed the quality of work on a base that is not mine.
